Line Fault Care Levels:
• Level 2 Care – Cleared within 3 days of BT working hours Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm (excluding Public and Bank Holidays) – No Cost.
• Level 3 Care – Cleared within 24 hours of BT working hours Mon – Sun 7am – 9pm (excl Public and Bank Holidays) – £4/ line/ month.
• Level 4 Care – Cleared within 6 hours any time, every day (24 x 7, 365 days of the year incl Public and Bank Holidays) – £7/ line /month.
